(HBXHPC) was established in August, 1949 and located at 145 Jiefang Avenue, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It is cited national and provincial large printing enterprise printing complicated books and periodicals, and is subjected to Hubei News Release Office. In January, 2001, HBXHPF was reshuffled and came into being HBXHPC, a company with the interest controlled by its manufacturing entity. HBXHPC is specializing in the printing affairs of teaching material, extractive books, color advertisements, magazines and picture albums. Occupying an area of 100 thousand sq.m., our company has fixed assets of 165 million yuan and a total number of 900 staff. In 2003, we achieved yearly output of 67.16 million yuan, with sales income of 76.93 million yuan and tax revenue of 9.7 million yuan. Moreover, our company has been honored with the title of Provincial Civilized Unit for the fourteenth successive year in the seventh session, and obtained cuprum medal for Excellent Printing Enterprise of National News Release General Office respectively in 1999 and 2002.

　　After 50 years development, especially after The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party Central Committee, our company possesses our own state-of-the-art Laser Image Setter, Electronic Color Scanning system, Advanced Color Table Plate Making System. Introducing 23 sets of advanced domestic and foreign equipments such as complete and four-color offset press, 6 pipelining systems of edition binding and paper binding, especially 4 sets of world-class Heidelberg four-color offset press, Swedish Sauna Double-paper Rolling Eight-color Cycling Offset Press and 3 pipelining systems producing edition-bound & paper-bound. Advanced digital pre-printing plate making tech and Roland Cycling Offset Press enable us to be always ready to carry on various processing of top-grade printing products.

　　However, we have built 18,600 sq. m of Printing Tech Building with investment of 2.6 million yuan, which provides strong foundation and developing space in aspects of on-spot management, quality guarantee and enterprise development.
